While my family was in town for the holidays, we stopped by Boudins in the city.
Their food is always delicious and hits the right spot.
It was pretty crowded when we got there, so they let us tour their little museum for free.
I didn't even know they had a museum!
And we've been there more than a handful of times.
Bad locals.
Did you know back in the day, bread delivery men would hook your fresh bread to your front door?
How neat is that? Where can I sign up?
We watched the workers make little sourdough bread animals.
And we may have taken home a little sourdough bread bear to enjoy.
And by enjoy, I mean the husband cut the bears stomach out & filled it with mango salsa.
It was creepy.
Very Very Creepy.
